Strange sensations
My right cheek has been numb and tingly on and off for two days. I also had headache last night and am ravenously hungry all the time. I hope I haven't got a brain tumour. (Not that I'm alarmist or anything.)
I've been drinking heaps of water and eating lots of veg and tofu and other stuff.
It's all very strange.

whenever I get a new kind of ailment I always think it's going to be cancer. Don't even like to type the word just in case it brings the wrath of the gods of disease down on me. When was the last time you had a full medical checkup?
Mmm... last May I think - when I joined my gym I got a free medical consultation so I had a check-up then. The numbness seems to have died down now - I think I was hungry and sleepy. Although I'm eating buckets. Maybe it's all the exercise I've been doing.
Actually, the doctor did say I had a heart murmur that I've probably had since birth but it is very slight and nothing to worry about. He said the difference between getting silver or gold in a race.
That explains so much...

heavens, fancy that. Heart murmur, eh? Yes, it's funny how hunger and sleep deprivation affects your health. Think there may be a lesson in that somewhere...!
